Tony Tomasella is a key member of the leadership team focused on developing and overseeing Andrews International’s shopping center/mall vertical market. This focused unit currently totals over 30,000,000 square feet of gross leasable area and includes such high profile super regional centers as Northridge Fashion Center, Glendale Galleria, Hollywood and Highland and The Grove in California and The Grand Canal Shoppes, Fashion Show Mall and Desert Passage in Las Vegas, Nevada as well as regional shopping centers located in Washington, Idaho and Hawaii.

Tony brings to Andrews International more than twenty-six years of shopping center expertise. He is an experienced property management professional with extensive working knowledge in the fields of public safety, development and construction, lease administration and center operations.

Tony is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He received his Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation in 1993 and his Senior Certified Shopping Center Manager (SCSM) designation in 1997. Tony has also assisted the ICSC and the CSM committee in reviewing and analyzing new CSM test material. During the past ten years, he has served as a class auditor and moderator for Management I and Management II focus groups at the ICSC School for Professional Development in Tempe, Arizona.  Tony was recently acknowledged as a consultant and contributor in the ICSC's 2006 publication "Shopping Center Security - Perceptions and Reality" by author Donald R. Green.
