Senior Director
Franklin (Frank) Timmons is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He has over 30 years of combined law enforcement, physical security, fire protection, industrial security and emergency preparedness training and experience to bring to this project. In addition to being a certified municipal police instructor, Timmons also taught at the community college level.
Timmons’ security experience is based around 20 years experience in the commercial nuclear power industry where he was a key program manager for four (4) major utility companies across the United States. Since 2002, Mr. Timmons has supported the private business sector as a security professional advisor, conducting physical security assessments and assisting in design of central command centers and physical security and access control systems.
