Steve PackVice President, Southern RegionSteve Pack joined Andrews International upon the acquisition of SETEC Protection Service, L.P., in June 2007. Steve was the vice president and treasurer for SETEC’s general partner, and general manager for SETEC’s operating company. In his current role, Steve is responsible for all operations and business development of Texas, Louisiana and surrounding areas. He also is responsible for leading the commercial real estate vertical market for the company. Steve brings to his position more than 22 years of management experience in the service industry. He began his professional career in the commercial parking industry and progressed into commercial office property management. He gained experience managing owner-managed, Class-A, high-rise facilities and third party suburban and industrial facilities. His previous experience includes the role of Vice President of a national commercial parking concern. Steve began his career in the private security industry in January of 1996. His experience in the industry includes oversight of corporate campus, commercial office, government, retail, hospital, residential, distribution and transportation facilities, industrial and petrochemical security programs. Steve obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 1985.
