John also leads the AI Business Support Unit (BSU); which encompasses the mobile field supervisors/small account management teams. John is also the Company’s vertical market expert on educational facilities security and residential protection. John has a wealth of experience and expertise in meeting the unique security needs of these environments. He has developed school campus emergency policies and procedures, and has designed the "Outsourced Director of Security" (DOS) program, especially devised for private schools.
