Mr. Milford’s career includes 26 years at the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) where he progressed to senior command and management positions including DEA Deputy Administrator. His service to the United States was acknowledged by President Clinton with the Presidential Award of Excellence (1996).In 1998 he joined DataBase Technologies (DBT) as Vice President/officer and was responsible for developing DBT’s investigative market.
