Dan Hoffman

Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs, Quality Control & Human Resources

Dan Hoffman joined Andrews International in 2000. As senior vice president of legal affairs, quality control and human resources, Dan is responsible for integrating these services across the entire Andrews International enterprise. His role in human resources and quality control includes working with Andrews International’s operational teams to hire the best talent and ensuring that our processes and systems enable, as an end result, quality performance. Additionally, as the head legal affairs executive in the company, Dan is responsible for ensuring that the company mitigates risks in a preventive, cost effective manner. Since Dan joined the Andrews International team, he has played a dominant role in the growth of the company in the areas of training, hiring and development of a work force dedicated to higher levels of responsibility.

Dan’s previous experience includes a 27-year career in law enforcement with the Los Angeles Police Department, where he held patrol, vice, narcotics, and detective assignments. He has extensive management and investigative experience, and has experience serving several department chiefs as their adjutant.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Cal-State Northridge. He is a graduate of the USC Delinquency Control Institute, the West Point Leadership and Command College and holds management certificates from the Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission (P.O.S.T.). Dan is a P.O.S.T. certified instructor in the fields of ethics and motivation. He has also received extensive training in disaster management from the California Specialized Training Institute (CSTI).
