As vice president of New Jersey Operations, he oversees the daily security operations and business development of the company in New Jersey. Jim developed broad experience in contract security management during his sixteen-year tenure in the industry. He began his career as a security officer and quickly worked his way into executive management. Jim was previously branch manager for a leading competitor and vice president of the Eastern Jersey region for eleven years. His experience includes oversight of contract security services totaling more than $10M in annual revenue, contract negotiations, training program development and oversight, quality assurance, safety program development and maintenance, and fleet management. He has managed security programs in a variety of industries, including retail security services and loss prevention, special events coverage, transportation logistics, and consulting and investigations.
