Roger AndrewsExecutive Vice PresidentRoger Andrews is one of the founding executives of Andrews International. He served as the Chief Financial Officer during the formative years of the company, initiating the financial structure and workings; including the invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll departments, and contracts. He was instrumental in establishing the benefits packages offered to employees; making paid vacation, medical, dental, life insurance and 401K plans a standard benefit to all company employees. He has also overseen the procurement of all office locations and equipment. In his current role, Roger applies his experience and expertise as executive vice president, with oversight of the vast contractual agreements and legal obligations of the corporation. Roger has extensive retail business experience, including experience as a regional manager for 130 retail stores. His background also includes loss prevention, employee relations, marketing, and sales. Roger also manages to donate time and give back to the community. While serving as chief financial officer, Roger entered and completed the Los Angeles Police Reserve Academy. He now spends several nights a month donating his time as a field reserve officer to the Los Angeles Police Department.
