Roger Andrews

Executive Vice President

Roger Andrews is one of the founding executives of Andrews International and Advanced Tech Security. He served as the Chief Financial Officer during the formative years of the company from 1988 to 2006, initiating the financial structure and workings including the invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll departments, banking, insurance programs, and contracts. He was instrumental in establishing the benefits packages making paid vacation, medical, dental, life insurance, tuition assistance, and 401K plans a standard benefit to all company employees. He has also overseen the procurement of all office locations and equipment. In addition, Roger gained extensive retail business experience including loss prevention, employee relations, marketing, and sales while he served as a regional manager for 130 retail stores.

Since 2006, Roger has applied his experience and expertise as Executive Vice President. He oversees the vast contractual agreements and legal obligations of the corporation (including proposal and RFP review). In addition, he also manages the procurement department for Andrews International covering all office leases, fleet management, travel and entertainment as well as uniform process and procedures.

Roger also manages to donate time and give back to the community. While serving as Chief Financial Officer, Roger entered and completed the Los Angeles Police Reserve Academy. He now spends several nights a month, donating his time as a Field Reserve Officer to the Los Angeles Police Department. It is not unlikely that when you call for service, it will be Roger Andrews arriving “to Protect and Serve”.
