As a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department's Special Weapons and Tactics Unit, Randy recognized a need in the community for enhanced private security services to supplement law enforcement efforts. The original mission of the company to provide a first-class professional security service with a wide range of service capabilities to clients has proven to be a successful and desired model. Since inception two decades ago, Randy has strategically grown the company. Andrews International's diversified client base includes a wide range of clientele, from individuals and small business enterprises to Fortune 200 corporations; all seeking security and risk mitigation services unique and specialized for their particular needs. Randy is an active member in ISMA (International Security Managers Association), a premier international security association of senior security executives from major business organizations located worldwide, and ATAP (Association of Threat Assessment Professionals). Randy is also actively involved in fundraising and philanthropy in southern California.
