Hires Veteran Corporate Security Director, Besse

Los Angeles, Calif. (February 25, 2008)—William "Bill" Besse joins Andrews International as executive director, consulting and investigations (C&I), operating from their Dallas, TX office. Besse has nearly 30 years of experience in corporate security: developing, managing and implementing international security and risk mitigation programs. Besse will be a member of senior staff involved in the delivery of Andrews International’s C&I practice which performs due diligence and fraud investigations, personal protection and threat assessments, vulnerability and risk assessments and litigation support, internal controls, compliance and other sensitive corporate investigations pertaining to acquisitions, joint ventures and investments.

Besse’s experience includes a blend of corporate security, consulting and public law enforcement. Most recently, Besse served as director/corporate security for Belo Corp., one of the nation's largest media organizations, where he was responsible for corporate security strategy, programs and support. Prior to Belo, he served as managing director of global consulting services for IPSA International, Inc., coordinating crisis management and response, investigations and litigation support for Fortune 500 companies, high-risk individuals and families, large international law firms and religious institutions.

Besse has also served as manager/security for Motorola, global director of corporate security for The Mary Kay Corporation and as a special agent with the U. S. Military Intelligence Command.
