David Levenberg, Industry Veteran, Joins Andrews International Executive Management Team

Los Angeles, Calif. (June 7, 2007)—On June 1, David Levenberg, CPP joined Andrews International as the Senior Vice President of the Shopping Center and Mall Vertical Market Business. With over 30 years of experience, Levenberg has managed, developed and implemented loss prevention and public safety programs in retail and shopping center properties worldwide.

"Over the years I have worked with many professional security firms, but none more dedicated to quality and consistency than Andrews International. I am looking forward to contributing to the growth of the company," stated David Levenberg.

Prior to joining Andrews International, Levenberg was the Vice President of Security and Loss Prevention for General Growth Properties, Inc., where he was responsible for the security and loss prevention efforts of 225 regional and super regional shopping centers and 150 office buildings throughout the United States. Additionally, he has consulted internationally on the topics of mall security and retail loss prevention in Brazil, Chile and Mexico. "We are very excited about David joining Andrews International as he brings a wealth of mall and retail loss prevention experience on a global level to our team," stated Randy Andrews, chairman and chief executive officer, Andrews International.

Levenberg has also served as the Corporate Director of Distribution Assets Protection for Target Stores and as a Security Manager for Sears Roebuck and Co.

Levenberg is a member of several associations including the American Society for Industrial Security and the International Security Management Association. He has been a guest lecturer for the Brazilian Shopping Center Security Conference and the Central American Retail Security Conference, as well as a frequent speaker for the International Council of Shopping Centers, where he is the Security Task Force Chair.

In his new position, Levenberg will report to Randy Andrews.  "I have known David over the last six years both personally and professionally. With his integrity and knowledge, David will be instrumental in the continued growth of Andrews International in this important vertical market," stated Andrews.
