LOS ANGELES, Calif. (March 15, 2007)— Andrews International and IntegraScreen have formed an alliance to offer an enhanced level of due diligence and business intelligence services for international clientele conducting business in emerging markets. The alliance, which takes effect March 15th 2007, provides clients involved in outsourcing company processes, mergers and acquisitions and new commerce development with security solutions from Andrews International and business intelligence technology and research from IntegraScreen.

Andrews International, headquartered in Los Angeles, CA, is one of the ten largest private security providers in the United States with operations in all fifty states and a number of Fortune 500 corporations internationally. “I have worked with the IntegraScreen team for many years and have seen their business intelligence resources evolve internationally,” said Ty Richmond, co-president and chief operating officer, Andrews International. The opportunity to link the skills and capabilities of Andrews International with the IntegraScreen team resources will add another dimension to our investigative services allowing us to meet the growing demands of our clients both domestically and internationally.

IntegraScreen, the world’s leading provider of enhanced due diligence research, is headquartered in Singapore, and has ten locations globally in China, India and the United Arab Emirates.  IntegraScreen’s research staff, comprised of 300 members who speak 60 languages, offer a wide-range of solutions including business partner screening and international business risk reports for expanding companies and investors needing to make timely, cost-effective decisions.

The alliance is the result of increased demand for international screening required by the Sarbanes-Oxley and Patriot Acts, which hold investors responsible for the individuals with whom they conduct business with internationally. The investigative results from a due diligence report provides expanding global businesses with a means to reduce their risk should an individual associated with their company practice illegal or unethical activities. “The ability of companies to translate headquarter policy on legislation such as FCPA and SOX into actionable and auditable programs is important to their success in rapidly growing Asian markets,” said Scott Graham, managing director of IntegraScreen. “Andrews International will be able to bring our services directly to key decision makers in head offices to provide a level of customer support that is essential in this work,” said Graham.
